Share training with Ken Glah, ranked 35 consecutive times for the Hawái Ironman!

Training in Huesca and its Pyrenees is a sure way to find small and quiet roads with landscapes in the middle of the nature and where all options are open with flat, undulating terrains or with iconic climbs of the Tour de France.

Coupled with this, sessions are planned in paths full of magic or athletic tracks where focus on technique or face tough sets.

Swimming takes place both in open waters (lakes) and in swimming pools, so all kinds of stimulus and types of swimming are possible.

To close the circle, the participants in the concentration will have the opportunity to train their strength in the J-10 Gym where they will also have rooms with sauna and jacuzzi.

Stress test, bike fitting and talks will end up providing the highest quality during seven days of shared training where every athlete will have the opportunity to feel like a professional.

With an agenda designed to take advantage of every detail (which will be finalized as the weeks advance), we can tell you how it will be each day in Huesca and the Pyrenees.
